Are you ready for a sinfully delicious bread that you will not believe is Vegan!? This Vegan Chocolate Banana bread with Strawberries is the perfect treat for when you are just NEEDING something chocolate.

I’ll tell you right now, my husband is not a huge Chocolate fan and he had 2 thick slices. He probably would have had more if I told him it was healthy for him. LOL

For this Banana Bread, honestly for most of my Banana Bread they are easy and fail proof. You cant mess this up!

Mash your Bananas and add in all the wet ingredients. Then sift in your dry ingredients to the wet, and fold in the extras you wish to add. Bake and Enjoy! Easy!

Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread with Strawberries

Melt in your mouth, sinfully good, Vegan Banana Bread with Strawberries!


  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Veggie Oil
  • 2 Flax Seed Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Flour
  •  1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Dehydrated Strawberries


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, prepare 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper or baking spray
  2. Make flaxseed eggs,1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp Water. Let sit for 5 min to thicken up
  3. In large brown mash bananas till they are almost pure like
  4. Stir in Oil, Flax Seed eggs, Vanilla, and Brown Sugar
  5. In separate bowl Stir together Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder
  6. Sift ingredients into Banana bowl and stir together. (Sifting helps break up the coco powder)
  7. Fold in Strawberries
  8. Pour batter into prepared dish
  9. Bake for 50-60 min, until incerted toothpick comes out clean
  10. Let sit until completely cool


  • You may omit the strawberries
  • Use 2 eggs instead of flaxseed eggs if you do not have flaxseeds or want it non vegan
  • Add Chocolate Chips to your liking
