I started making this Overnight Chia Seed Pudding when my kids were younger. I found myself barely having the time to make the kids food let alone myself and I would end up eating whatever the kids were having. Ugh, I saw way too many chicken nuggets and Mac n Cheese! So I decided I needed something already made, that was healthy, and easy to eat on the go. Enter Overnight Chia Seed Pudding!

I found that it was a much better alternative than just coffee or frozen food. I will make it the night before, along with pre making setting my coffee maker, and it has made my whole morning routine better. So, whether you are starting the new year, a new diet, or just a reset and you need something to kickstart your healthy eating in the morning this Over Night Chia Seed Pudding is just for you.

My favorite topping and add-ins to place in my Chia Seed Pudding are fresh fruit , nuts, and granola. Drizzle it all with some honey or agave and its the most healthy breakfast or snack you will every eat. Filling too!

Description

Need a no worries breakfast that you can make the night before and have ready in the morning? This Chia Seed Pudding is the ticket!


Ingredients

Scale

Over night filling

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Milk (Almond, Whole, Coconut)
  • 2 Tbsp Sweetener (Agave, Honey, Maple Syrup)
  • 1 tsp Extract (Vanilla, Coconut, Almond)

In the morning

  • Fruit
  • Granola
  • Sweetener drizzle

Instructions

  1. Grab your mason Jar and lid!
  2. Fill with Chia Seeds, Milk, Sweetener, and extracts
  3. Give it a good stir and let it sit for 5 min
  4. Give it another good stir, place on the lid , and let it sit in fridge overnight
  5. In the morning give it another good stir, really scrape the bottom or pour out into a bowl
  6. Top with your Extras and enjoy!
