I am sure I have said it before and I will say it again, Banana Bread is the best staple to have on hand! You always have bananas that are turning brown, the ingredients are things you already have in your pantry, and with this One Bowl Banana Bread there are less dishes!

One Bowl Banana Bread
- Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
- Yield: 1 loaf 1x
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Butter, soft
- 3–4 Bananas
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and geese a 9×5 loaf pan. Set aside
- Beat Butter and Sugar until fluffy, 3-5 min
- Beat in Egg, Vanilla, and Bananas
- Add in Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, and Flour
- Beat until just combined
- Pour into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 50 -55 min, or until inverted toothpick comes out clean
- Let sit 5-10 min
Enjoy with butter, or Nutella swirl
