Description
Easy Spicy Turkey Meatballs can be made in 30 min and devoured in less time!
Ingredients
Scale
Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Siracha
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch in water (to thicken the sauce)
Meatballs
- 2 lb Ground Turkey or ground beef
- 1 C Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. line baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray
- In bowl combine meatball mixture and stir until everything comes together
- Use a scooper and scoop balls out to 1 1/2 inch rounds. Roll together in hands to make sure they hold their shape and place on baking sheet
- Bake for 20-25 min until golden brown
- While meatballs are baking assemble the sauce in a sauce pan
- When meatballs are done let them cool on baking sheet and start to simmer the sauce
- When sauce starts to boil add meatballs and coat them while the sauce is still warm
- Serve with rice or asian noodles
Notes
you can substitute the Ground Turkey for Ground Beef
