I have to tell you, I love a good meatballs and these are ranging right up there. Be warned, if you add too much Sriracha it will clear your sinuses like you would not believe. The mixture is set just so that hopefully you will not encounter that runny nose during dinner.
The meatballs themselves can be made with ground beef but I find the texture of the turkey works best with this recipe. But do feel free to switch out the meet to make the balls.
A tip for assembly, make sure that when you scoop them into balls that they hold together. When you place them in the oven to bake the moisture will release and if they are not formed solidly they will crack and brake.
