This will be perfect for spring and you can switch out the fruit for Apples, Peached, Pears. It would work great with all!
My favorite way to assemble the tart is to mix the filling and fruit together in one bowl and then take the time to lay the slices out to make a beautiful visual presentation.
Your fingers will get a little sticky but the end result is well worth is and a true show stopper!
