Classic One Bowl Pumpkin Bread

Description

This Classic One Bowl Pumpkin Bread is a Fall staple!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Soft
  • 2 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Can Pumpkin Pure

Crumb Topping

  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and Prepare 2 (x5 Loaf Pans with parchment paper and non stick spray
  2. In medium bowl whisk together Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves,Baking Soda, and Baking Powder. Set aside
  3. In Mixer beat Butter and Sugar until fluffy, 3 min
  4. One at a time beat in eggs until blended
  5. Add in Pumpkin Pure
  6. Slowly add in Flour and mix until just incorporated
  7. Pour into prepared loaf pans
  8. Bake for 60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
  9. Let loaf cool in pan for at least 10 min before removing
  • Prep Time: 15 min
  • Cook Time: 60 min
