I love Salted Caramel Sauce, like love it so much I’d put it on everything. Apple pie on the other hand…. I do not like. I know, let the “OMG how can you not like Apple Pie!” begin. It’s a weird texture thing for me and fruit should not be hot. there, I said it!
My husband on the other hand LOVED a good Apple Pie. My Classic Apple Pie is a hit in my house every thanksgiving because, let’s be honest, that is the only time I make it. He gets a WHOLE apple pie to himself on thanksgiving! Lucky guy.
This Salted Caramel Apple Pie is close contender to the Classic Counter part.
PS Ill down some Apple Pie or any fruit pie for that matter with a healthy coop or 2 of Vanilla Bean ice cream!
