Brown Butter and Roasted Banana Banana Bread

Banana Bread Sliced on parchment paper

Whew! That was a mouth full! Brown Butter and Roasted Banana Banana Bread!

Imagine the nutty aroma of the Brown Butter mixed delicately with the sweet flavor of Banana… yum! That is what you will accomplish when making this Banana Bread.

One of my favorite things about Banana Bread, it can be customized in SO many variations. During this crazy year of 2020 Banana Bread is a house hold staple. Every other post on social media is about Banana Bread this or Banana Bread that. Some people might be tired of the bread but for me…. I still can not get enough of the classic aromas and nostalgic feel that Banana Bread gives me.

Over the years I have altered it to be come a Double Chocolate Banana Bread, One Bowl Banana Bread, and even Banana Bread French Toast!

The best thing about Banana Bread is that you always have bananas, especially if you have children and for some reason they always are going bad! LOL This recipe is easy enough that the kids can help and you can not mess this up. One time I forgot to add the sugar after everything was mixed together! I though, screw it I’m going to throw it in now, and it came out GREAT!

Need something more simple… try my One Bowl Banana Bread Recipe! With one bowl you have less dishes with the same great taste!
